Weather Tower Design Development
Since our story is based on a local Singaporean context, we designed the Weatherman's living quarters and working environment based on old shophouses. The designs are intentionally quirky and whimsical, much like the oddities that can be found in this universe. Various elements such as weather vanes, wind socks etc are also included in the design to reflect the nature of his unusual occupation.

Pulley System
We decided that the type of transportation adopted for travelling on clouds should be rather stress-free. Even if the job is somewhat laborious, the mode of travel should be something that can be easily used by an elderly. Henceforth it makes the plot logical in the sense that age is not a limiting factor for such an employment.
