Character Introductions
Weatherman
A grumpy old man who is in-charge of looking after the clouds above the town.
He is extremely experienced and professional but recently, his age is catching up with him and he's not as nimble as he was before.
Kite Lady
A gentle and compasionate lady who set up a kite stall during the festival.
She lives in the town where the weatherman works for.
Xiao Di
An excitable young boy who also lives in the town. He is good-natured but sometimes gets into trouble due to his clumsiness. He plays an unexpectedly big role in the story, even if nobody realises it.
